Old Salt Fish and Bagels opened in the winter of 2020, a third concept from Joe Sundberg, Rachel Johnson, Patrick Thalasinos and Chef Liz Kenyon, the creators behind award winning Manolin and Rupee Bar.

At Old Salt all of our fish is smoked in-house with close attention to bring out the best in the local product we are serving. Our fish comes from Northwest Bounty, a fish purveyor local to the community and focuses on bringing the best fish to Seattle chefs.

Our bagels are made fresh everyday in-house using Shepards grain flour. Old Salt bakers are precise and focus on bringing amazing product to our customers.
