OLD SALT FISH & BAGELS began as a pop up in local restaurant staple Manolin in December 2020. Overwhelmed by the positive community response, owners Joe Sundberg and Rachel Johnson increased production for Old Salt, soon taking over the whole Manolin space. A second location in Ballard opened December 2023. Old Salt is known for our handmade bagels, fresh cream cheeses, and premium cured or smoked fish. All our fish is wild caught, locally sourced by Northwest Bounty. Stop by for a taste of the Northwest on a bagel!
